My Passion for Living a Healthy Lifestyle
Being fit and having good health has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember; it’s as though I was wired that way for a purpose.
Although I’ve been a proponent of physical fitness for decades, I’ve been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 (view my ACE profile).
The older I get, the more thankful I am for being blessed with good health, and I want to encourage others to live healthy lifestyles.
My Reason for Wanting to Help You
The human body is a fantastic organism that can heal if it gets what it needs. The concept is simple, but the application is not easy.
There are some important things that nobody should ever do and other significant things that everybody should do. However, some trivial things fall into the category of just because something is right for you doesn’t mean it’s good for me, and vice versa. We are all individuals created with unique DNA.
Over the years, I have learned what my body needs to function healthily without pharmaceuticals or surgeries. It’s good to know that I only have health insurance for its original purpose (an unforeseen accident or incident). I want you to experience this as well.
My Goal for Prudent Wellness
The focus of PrudentWellness.com is to safely and effectively lead people to live in a manner that improves their physical, mental, and spiritual health for the present and the future.
I will share my thoughts on wellness-related areas that benefit your healthy lifestyle goals. Further, I will review tools that could help you achieve those goals.
